Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) will hold its first Women's Leadership Awards on October 21 & 22 from 1-5pm EDT. This virtual event honors the achievement of women in the beauty industry, who will share their personal stories and insights. These thought leaders will also address empowerment, inclusion and diversity, according to CEW, which notes that it is critical to the growth of the beauty industry to recognize the significant roles women of all ethnicities, play at all levels, in all companies.

The 2020 Achiever Award Honorees:
